The invention relates to a seat ground lock structure which comprises a mounting plate, and a square sunken part is formed in the mounting plate in a sunken mode. A U-shaped installation frame is fixedly arranged in the sunken part in the transverse direction, the two ends of the installation frame face upwards and extend to the position above the installation plate, installation holes penetrating transversely are formed in the two ends of the installation frame, a columnar lock catch is arranged between the two ends of the installation frame, and the two ends of the lock catch penetrate through the installation holes in the corresponding sides and are fixedly connected with the two ends of the installation frame. In the invention, the mounting rack and the mounting plate are fixed together firstly, and then the lock catch is welded on the mounting rack, so that clamping and positioning are facilitated, the welding precision can be improved, the contact area between the mounting rack and the concave part is larger, the welding strength is higher, and the connection between the mounting rack and the mounting plate is more reliable; the two ends of the lock catch penetrate through the installation holes in the corresponding sides respectively, the load of the lock catch is transmitted to the installation frame through the hole walls of the installation holes, the connection reliability of the lock catch and the installation frame is good, and the lock catch and the installation frame are not prone to disengagement.

    本发明涉及一种座椅地锁结构,包括安装板,安装板上凹陷形成有方形的凹陷部;凹陷部内沿横向固定设有U型的安装架,安装架的两端部朝上并延伸至安装板上方,安装架的两端部均设有横向贯穿的安装孔,安装架的两端部之间设有柱状的锁扣,锁扣的两端穿过对应侧的安装孔并与安装架的两端部固定连接。本发明中,安装架先和安装板固定在一起,然后将锁扣焊接在安装架上,便于夹持定位,可提高焊接精度,安装架与凹陷部的接触面积较大,焊接强度较高,使安装架与安装板的连接更加可靠;锁扣的两端分别穿过对应侧的安装孔,锁扣的负载通过安装孔的孔壁传递至安装架,锁扣与安装架的连接可靠性好,不容易脱落。
