The invention relates to a multi-energy complementary charging station system, which comprises a cloud EMS and a multi-energy complementary charging station, and is characterized in that the multi-energy complementary charging station comprises a local control system, a high-voltage overcharge module, a photovoltaic module and an energy storage module; the cloud EMS is used for sending a control instruction to the local control system; the control instruction comprises a photovoltaic module power supply control instruction and an energy storage module power supply control instruction; a direct-current bus is arranged in the multi-energy complementary charging station, the direct-current bus is connected with a 10kV power grid through a converter, the direct-current bus is connected with a high-voltage overcharge module, a photovoltaic module and an energy storage module, and a local control system is connected with the high-voltage overcharge module, the photovoltaic module and the energy storage module. The photovoltaic module is used for discharging the direct-current bus according to an instruction of the local control system; and the energy storage module is used for charging or discharging the direct-current bus by using the direct-current bus according to an instruction of the local control system. The charging direct current and the charging efficiency are improved.
