Under the condition that a power supply structure of a power grid to a railway is not changed, the traction network ride-through power is utilized, negative effects caused by ride-through power metering are eliminated, and the advantages of bilateral power supply are brought into full play.

    本发明提供了一种分区所双边供电牵引网穿越功率利用系统及控制方法,涉及牵引供电系统电路设计领域。牵引网OCS由相邻两牵引变电所TSa和牵引变电所TSb实施双边供电,在牵引变电所TSa和牵引变电所TSb之间的分区所设置穿越功率利用装置SES和中央控制器CC,中央控制器CC实时获取牵引变电所TSa和牵引变电所TSb牵引母线电压和牵引馈线电流量信息,控制穿越功率利用装置SES对双边供电牵引网OCS穿越功率进行利用,使返回电网的穿越功率达到预设要求。本发明不改变电网对铁路供电结构情况下,对牵引网穿越功率加以利用,消除穿越功率计量带来的负面影响,使双边供电的优点得到充分发挥。
