The embodiment of the invention discloses a gas-electric hybrid power ship energy management system and method. Through the system, a shore power supply device, a lithium battery power supply device and a gas generator power supply device are arranged, and the switching-on or switching-off states of a first switching-on and switching-off switch, a second switching-on and switching-off switch and a third switching-on and switching-off switch under different working conditions of a ship are controlled; the energy requirements of the shore power supply device and/or the lithium battery power supply device and/or the gas generator power supply device under the berthing working condition, the berthing working condition, the sailing working condition and the sailing working condition of the ship are met, and due to reasonable cooperation, the energy utilization rate can be increased while energy supply of the ship is ensured; and the gas generator power supply device is started to supply power only when the lithium battery has a first type of condition and a second type of condition under the ship navigation working condition and the ship navigation working condition, so that the carbon emission can be effectively reduced while the ship energy supply is ensured.

    本发明实施例公开了一种气电混合动力船舶能量管理系统和方法。通过该系统可实现:通过设置岸电供电装置、锂电池供电装置、燃气发电机供电装置,并通过控制第一分合闸开关、第二分合闸开关和第三分合闸开关在船舶不同工况下的合闸或者分闸状态,实现岸电供电装置和/或锂电池供电装置和/或燃气发电机供电装置在船舶在停泊作业工况、停泊工况、航行工况以及航行作业工况下的能量需求,由于合理配合,可以在确保船舶能量供给的同时提高能量利用率,且只有在船舶航行工况下锂电池出现第一类状况和第二类状况,以及在船舶航行作业工况下才起动燃气发电机供电装置供电,可以在确保船舶能量供给的同时有效减少碳排放。
