The invention relates to a fuel cell automobile thermal management system and a control method thereof. The thermal management system is composed of five circulation loops including an air conditioner refrigeration circulation loop, a power battery cooling circulation loop, a high-pressure part low-temperature cooling circulation loop, a fuel cell cooling/heating circulation loop and a passenger compartment heating circulation loop. The gas-electricity system and the power battery system adopt a liquid cooling mode for heat dissipation at the same time, so that the response rate of output power can be improved while the heat dissipation requirement is met. Namely, when the vehicle has a rapid acceleration or high-power demand, the power of an independent fuel-electricity system cannot cover the demand of the whole vehicle, and the power battery needs to output higher power for supplement, the thermal fuel cell system dissipates heat through a finned radiator of an engine forecabin, and the power battery is mutually coupled with an air conditioner refrigeration circulation loop through a Chiller plate heat exchanger for heat dissipation. Therefore, the two sets of power sources can work in the optimal working environment and are not limited by power output, and the dynamic property requirement of the whole vehicle is met.

    本发明涉及一种燃料电池汽车热管理系统及其控制方法。该热管理系统共有五个循环回路组成:空调制冷循环回路、动力电池冷却循环回路、高压部件低温冷却循环回路、燃料电池冷却/加热循环回路、乘员舱加热循环回路。燃电系统和动力电池系统同时采用液冷的方式进行散热,满足散热需求的同时能够提高输出功率的响应速率。即当车辆有急加速或大功率需求时,单独的燃电系统功率无法覆盖整车需求,且需要动力电池输出较大功率进行补充时,热燃料电池系统通过发动机前舱的翅片式散热器散热,动力电池通过Chiller板式换热器与空调制冷循环回路相互耦合散热,使得两套动力源均能在最佳工作环境下工作,不受到功率输出限制,满足整车的动力性要求。
