The invention discloses a tower crane tower body steel structure health state detection method which comprises the following steps: (1) when a tower crane is installed, a tower crane deformation monitoring device is used for reading a geometric center point of a tower body base, and the geometric center point of the base is an original point of a space coordinate system; (2) arranging an antenna of the deformation monitoring device of the tower crane at a geometric center point of the top of a tower body of the tower crane; (3) collecting real-time space coordinates of the geometric center point of the top of the tower body through a deformation monitoring device of the tower crane; (4) calculating the horizontal distance S between the geometric center point of the top of the tower body of the tower crane and the geometric center point of the base of the tower body of the tower crane; and (5) the S is compared with a preset safety threshold value R, and whether the health state of the tower crane tower body steel structure is safe or not is judged. According to the method, the top of the tower body of the tower crane is monitored in real time, so that the running real-time health state of the steel structure of the tower body of the tower crane is monitored, and tower crane accidents caused by deformation and instability of the steel structure of the tower body of the tower crane are avoided.

    本发明公开一种塔机塔身钢结构健康状态检测方法,包括如下步骤:(1)在塔式起重机安装时利用塔式起重机形变监测装置读取塔身底座几何中心点,底座几何中心点为空间坐标系的原点;(2)将所述塔式起重机形变监测装置的天线设置在塔式起重机塔身顶部几何中心点;(3)通过塔式起重机形变监测装置采集塔身顶部几何中心点的实时空间坐标;(4)计算塔机塔身顶部几何中心点与塔式起重机塔身底座几何中心点的水平距离S;(5)将S与预设的安全阈值R进行比对,判断塔机塔身钢结构健康状态是否安全。本发明通过对塔机塔身顶部实时监测,进而实现了塔机塔身钢结构的运行实时健康状态监测,避免因塔机塔身钢结构变形失稳而导致的塔机事故。
