The invention discloses a tower crane tower top structure, and belongs to the technical field of tower top structure. The tower crane tower top structure comprises a supporting rotary rod and a control room installed on the top of the supporting rotary rod; a rotary table is installed at the bottom of the supporting rotary rod, a falling proof storage bin is installed at the bottom of the rotary table, an expansion disk which can slide in the inner side of the falling proof storage bin is installed in the inner side of the falling proof storage bin, a fixed cylinder is installed in the middleposition of the bottom of the falling proof storage bin, a driving assembly used for driving sliding of the expansion disk is installed at the bottom of the fixed cylinder, and a rotating driving assembly used for driving rotation of the supporting rotary rod is further installed on the top of the falling proof storage bin; and a rotating shaft is driven to rotate by starting a driving motor, thusa circular gear is driven to rotate, an outer gear ring is driven to rotate by the circular gear, thus the supporting rotary rod is driven to rotate, the control room is driven to rotate by the supporting rotary rod, thus observation in different directions is reached, by starting an electric expansion rod, the expansion disk is driven to expand, and thus the problem of preventing falling of goods is achieved.
