The invention particularly relates to a magnesium alloy steering knuckle containing a galvanic corrosion prevention structure and a preparation method of the magnesium alloy steering knuckle, and belongs to the technical field of automobile parts. The method comprises the steps that powder is preset, specifically, anti-corrosion alloy powder is placed in a preset area of a steering knuckle to be treated, and the steering knuckle to be melted is obtained; a coating layer is prepared, specifically, selective laser melting treatment is conducted on a preset area of the to-be-melted steering knuckle, and a steering knuckle blank with the coating layer is obtained; the steps of preparing the preset powder and the coating layer are repeatedly conducted till the thickness of the coating layer of the steering knuckle blank reaches the target thickness, electrophoresis treatment is conducted on the steering knuckle blank with the thickness of the coating layer reaching the target thickness, and the magnesium alloy steering knuckle is obtained; wherein the potential difference between metal and steel in the anti-corrosion alloy powder is smaller than the potential difference between magnesium and steel in the magnesium alloy steering knuckle; the potential difference of the contact surface of the knuckle is reduced, so that galvanic corrosion is reduced.

    本发明特别涉及一种含防电偶腐蚀结构的镁合金转向节及其制备方法,属于汽车零部件技术领域,方法包括:预置粉末:将防腐合金粉末置于待处理转向节的预设区域,得到待熔转向节;涂覆层制备:将所述待熔转向节的预设区域进行选区激光熔化处理,得到带涂覆层的转向节毛坯;重复进行所述预置粉末和涂覆层制备步骤,直至所述转向节毛坯的涂覆层厚度达到目标厚度将涂覆层厚度达到目标厚度的所述转向节毛坯进行电泳处理,得到镁合金转向节;其中,所述防腐合金粉末中的金属与钢的电势差小于镁合金转向节中镁与钢的电势差;通过将转向节的接触面的电势差降低,进而降低电偶腐蚀。
