The invention relates to the field of winches, in particular to a coal mine underground conveying winch. A coal mine underground conveying winch comprises a guiding device and a locking device, a driving device drives a roller to rotate in the forward direction, after transmission of a transmission device, a sliding block slides left and right in a reciprocating mode along a support, and the sliding block drives the guiding device to slide left and right in a reciprocating mode along a fixing rod. Rotation of the roller and synchronous movement of the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod enable the steel ropes to be evenly arranged on the roller when the steel ropes slide between the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod. When a heavy object at the other end connected with the steel rope is overweight or the motor breaks down, the roller rotates reversely, and when the reverse rotation value of the roller is larger than a preset value, the sliding block rapidly slides left and right on the support in a reciprocating mode, the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod get close to each other, and the steel rope is clamped to prevent the steel rope from sliding between the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod. Serious safety accidents caused by heavy object sliding are avoided.
