The invention provides a prefabricated part lifting appliance and a lifting deviation rectifying method. The prefabricated part lifting appliance comprises a steel wire rope, a lifting frame and an adjustable lifting rod arranged on the lower portion of the lifting frame. The hanging bracket comprises at least two large-span transverse long beams parallel to each other and longitudinal short beams arranged on the two sides of the transverse long beams and used for connecting and fixing the transverse long beams, a plurality of lug plates used for being connected with steel wire ropes are further evenly arranged on the periphery of the hanging bracket, and one ends of the steel wire ropes are connected with the lug plates through hanging hooks. And the other end is connected with a large lifting hook on the tower crane. According to the prefabricated part lifting appliance, the adjustable lifting rod with the adjustable length is arranged on the lower portion of the lifting frame, a complex sensing circuit does not need to be arranged, the stress of all parts of a prefabricated part can be detected and corrected only through a torque wrench, and the stability of the lifting process is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the adjustable lifting rod is arranged on the sliding rod in a sliding manner, so that the device is suitable for lifting the prefabricated parts with different specifications and sizes.

    本发明提供了一种预制构件吊具及吊装纠偏方法,本发明的预制构件吊具包括钢丝绳、吊架和设置在所述吊架下部的可调吊杆;所述吊架包括至少两根相互平行的大跨度横向长梁和设置在所述横向长梁两侧用于将所述横向长梁进行连接固定的纵向短梁,所述吊架的四周还均匀设有若干用于连接钢丝绳的耳板,所述钢丝绳一端通过吊钩与所述耳板相连,另一端与塔吊上的大吊钩相连。本发明提供的这种预制构件吊具的吊架下部设有长度可调的可调吊杆,无需设置复杂的传感电路,只需通过力矩扳手就能对预制构件各部位的受力进行检测和校正,保证起吊过程的平稳性;同时所述可调吊杆滑动设置在滑杆上,从而还能使本装置适用于不同规格尺寸预制构件的吊装。
