A rotor shell is provided with a blade waving device composed of a waving hinge, a shimmy hinge and a variable pitch hinge, and a total pitch and periodic variable pitch controller is arranged to control the total pitch of a rotor wing blade and the inclination angle of a sharp rotating face, so that the lifting force and direction of a rotor wing are changed; an engine is arranged, the two rotors are simultaneously driven by a transmission device to synchronously rotate, and an undercarriage is arranged below the fuselage and close to the center of gravity; the disc diameter of the first rotor wing is greater than that of the second rotor wing; the rotating surface of the first rotor wing and the rotating surface of the second rotor wing are spatially intersected, so that the space occupied by the rotor wings is saved, the longitudinal length of the fuselage is reduced, the structure is compact, and the aircraft is suitable for flying in narrow places.
