The invention provides a vehicle parking braking control system, a vehicle and a train. The system comprises a piston valve and a parking brake cylinder, a brake pipe of a vehicle is connected with a first air port of the piston valve, and a second air port of the piston valve is communicated with the atmosphere; the parking brake cylinder is connected with a third air port of the piston valve. And when the brake pipe exhausts air, the second air port of the piston valve is communicated with the third air port of the piston valve, so that air in the parking brake cylinder sequentially passes through the third air port of the piston valve and the second air port of the piston valve to be exhausted to the atmosphere. After exhausting, the parking brake cylinder applies pressure to wheels of the vehicle so as to generate parking brake acting force to the vehicle. According to the parking brake control system, power does not need to be provided to reduce the consumption cost of the vehicle, manual operation of a button or a hand wheel and the like is also not needed, manpower is saved, and operation errors of personnel are avoided.
