The invention relates to a control method for a parking brake system, the parking brake system and a vehicle. The control method comprises the following steps of starting willingness of a driver beingobtained; determining whether the accelerator pedal stroke is greater than a predetermined threshold value (S11); acquiring the gradient information of a road on which the vehicle is located (S12); wherein the real-time braking torque (y) is set according to the gradient information and the real-time driving torque (x).
