The invention relates to a high-strength liquid storage tank and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength liquid storage tank comprises a liquid storage tank body and a high-strength material arranged on the inner wall of the liquid storage tank body or a part made of the high-strength material. The high-strength material or part covers a set area of the inner wall of the liquid storage tank; the high-strength material is prepared from a fiber reinforced composite material. According to the technology, the strength and rigidity of the liquid storage tank can be greatly improved, and deformation of the liquid storage tank is effectively reduced; high-strength materials or parts occupy very small volume, and almost have no influence on the volume of the liquid storage tank; and the weight is light. The high-strength material or part can be placed in the area, with large local deformation, of the liquid storage tank, and the problem of large local deformation can be effectively solved. When the liquid storage tank is produced, the high-strength material or part and other built-in parts can share a set of component built-in mechanism, only a fixing device on the component built-in mechanism needs to be added, a mechanical arm is not additionally added, and the production cycle and the production process are not increased.

    本发明涉及一种高强度液体储箱及其制备方法,高强度液体储箱包括液体储箱本体及设置于液体储箱本体的内壁的高强度材料或利用高强度材料制备的零件;高强度材料或零件覆盖在液体储箱内壁的设定区域;高强度材料利用纤维增强复合材料制备。本技术可以极大提高液体储箱的强度及刚性,有效降低液体储箱的变形;高强度材料或零件占用的体积很小,几乎对液体储箱容积没有影响;并且重量较轻。该高强度材料或零件可以放置在液体储箱局部变形量较大的区域,可有效解决局部变形大的问题。在液体储箱生产时,该高强度材料或零件可以和其他内置零件共用一套组件内置机构,只需增加组件内置机构上的固定装置,不额外增加机械手,不增加生产周期及生产工序。
