The invention discloses a single-lane vehicle passing information acquisition system and method, and the system comprises a video camera module which is used for capturing a motor vehicle, obtaining a captured image, and extracting vehicle image information; the camera module is used for storing vehicle image information; the radio frequency module is used for reading vehicle radio frequency information and generating a matching instruction; the processing module comprises a first matching unit which is used for matching with the corresponding vehicle radio frequency information according to the license plate information when the vehicle image information is preferentially received; the second matching unit is used for matching with the corresponding vehicle image information according to the license plate information when the vehicle radio frequency information and the matching instruction are preferentially received; the comprehensive processing unit is used for comprehensively processing the vehicle radio frequency information and the vehicle image information which are matched with each other to obtain vehicle integrated information; and the external communication module is used for sending the vehicle integration information, the vehicle image information and the vehicle radio frequency information to a background management system so as to identify the identity of the motor vehicle. According to the invention, the single-lane motor vehicle identification accuracy is improved.

    本发明公开了一种单车道过车信息采集系统及方法,包括视频摄像模块,用于对机动车抓拍,得到抓拍图像并提取车辆图像信息;相机模块,用于保存车辆图像信息;射频模块,用于读取车辆射频信息并生成匹配指令;处理模块,包括:第一匹配单元,用于在优先接收到车辆图像信息时,根据车牌信息与相应的车辆射频信息匹配;第二匹配单元,用于在优先接收到车辆射频信息和匹配指令时,根据车牌信息与相应的车辆图像信息匹配;综合处理单元,用于将互相匹配的车辆射频信息和车辆图像信息综合处理,得到车辆整合信息;外部通信模块用于将车辆整合信息、车辆图像信息和车辆射频信息发送至后台管理系统以识别机动车身份。本发明提升单车道机动车识别准确性。
