The invention requests to protect a single-point intersection vehicle scheduling system and method based on adaptive signal lamps, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the traffic flow information of each lane based on a short-time traffic flow prediction algorithm, building a lane-level priority queue, verifying and determining the passing phase and phase sequence based on a combined mutual exclusion model, then, taking average delay and average parking times of a single intersection as a multi-objective function, adopting a particle swarm algorithm and a tabu search algorithm to carry out periodic signal timing optimization, distributing a corresponding green light time slice according to the traffic flow of each phase, and establishing a phase priority passing right fuzzy controller of the single-point intersection; and finally, further signal timing optimization is carried out according to the real-time traffic condition. According to the invention, all the modules supplement each other to form a perfect vehicle scheduling system and method of the self-adaptive signal lamp. The traffic efficiency of a single-point intersection and the comfort of a driver can be effectively improved.

    本发明请求保护一种基于自适应信号灯的单点交叉口车辆调度系统与方法,首先基于短时交通流预测算法预测出各车道的交通流信息,建立车道级优先队列,然后基于组合互斥模型验证并确定通行的相位相序,然后以单交叉口的平均延误,平均停车次数作为多目标函数采用粒子群算法结合禁忌搜索算法进行周期信号配时优化并根据各个相位的车流量分配相应的绿灯时间片,建立单点交叉口的相位优先通行权模糊控制器,最后根据实时交通状况进行进一步的信号配时优化。本发明各个模块相辅相成,形成一个完善的自适应信号灯的车辆调度系统与方法。可以有效提高单点交叉口的通行效率和驾驶员的舒适度。
