The invention discloses a trajectory data complementation and traffic flow prediction method based on a space-time buffer. According to the characteristics of traffic flow trajectory data, the trajectory data are standardized through data preprocessing, redundancy processing, data missing time period marking and resampling, and then the trajectory data are matched and complemented based on a space-time buffer area. According to the method, the space-time buffer area is arranged, and the to-be-matched tracks are screened in the space dimension and the time dimension at the same time, so that the problem of space-time heterogeneity of the tracks is reasonably solved, and the calculation amount of subsequent track similarity calculation is greatly saved. According to the invention, a complete track data set with a vehicle driving direction can be obtained, and a data foundation is laid for traffic flow prediction.

    本发明公开了一种基于时空缓冲区的轨迹数据补全及交通流预测方法。本发明针对交通流轨迹数据的特点,通过数据预处理、冗余处理、数据缺失时段标记和重采样,实现了轨迹数据的标准化,进而基于时空缓冲区对轨迹数据进行匹配和补全。本发明通过设置时空缓冲区,同时在空间维度和时间维度进行了待匹配轨迹的筛选,这种做法即合理解决了轨迹的时空异质性问题,又大大节省了后续轨迹相似度计算的计算量。本发明可以获得带有车辆行驶方向的完整轨迹数据集,为交通流量预测奠定数据基础。
