The invention discloses an intelligent assembly type hoisting system and method. The intelligent assembly type hoisting system comprises a vertical transportation module, a hoisting positioning control module and a correction splicing control module which are matched with one another. The vertical transportation module comprises a lifting device, an intelligent lifting buckle is arranged at the lifting hook end of the lifting device, and the intelligent lifting buckle is connected with a lifting lug plate arranged on the assembly type component; the intelligent suspension clasp is further connected with a remote controller. According to the invention, the transmission of the positioning information of the assembly type component is realized through the positioning signal transmitting device and the positioning signal receiving device, and the intelligent control system controls the hoisting device to realize the vertical transportation and positioning of the assembly type component according to the positioning information; compared with the existing manual command and control hoisting, the hoisting system has the advantages that the construction speed and the hoisting precision are improved while the labor cost is reduced, the occurrence of construction safety accidents is reduced to a certain extent, and the general trend of national building industrialization is met.

    本发明公开了一种智能化装配式吊装系统及方法,包括相互配合的垂直运输模块、吊装定位控制模块和校正拼接控制模块;所述垂直运输模块包括起吊装置,起吊装置的吊钩端设有智能化吊扣,智能化吊扣与设置在装配式构件上的吊耳板相连;所述智能化吊扣还连接有远程控制器。本发明通过定位信号发射装置、定位信号接收装置实现装配式构件定位信息的传递,智能化控制系统根据定位信息,控制起吊装置实现装配式构件的垂直运输及定位;相比于现有的人工指挥控制吊装,本吊装系统降低了人工成本的同时提高了施工的速度及吊装精度,在一定程度上减少了施工安全事故的发生,符合国家建筑工业化的大趋势。
