The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, and provides a control method for remote restart of ground equipment, which comprises the following steps: processing a received restart confirmation instruction to obtain a first restart instruction, a second restart instruction and a third restart instruction; and under the condition that at least two of the first restart instruction, the second restart instruction and the third restart instruction are consistent, a restart instruction is sent to the relay, so that the relay acts according to the restart instruction to control ground equipment electrically connected with the relay to be restarted. The restart of the ground equipment only needs to be controlled by any two restart instructions with faster output results in the three restart instructions, the timeliness and the efficiency of restart of the ground equipment can be improved, and meanwhile, the reliability and the safety of restart of the ground equipment due to faults can be improved through the two-out-of-three logic of the restart instructions. The invention further discloses a control device for remote restart of the ground equipment and the remote restart equipment.
