The invention discloses a damping solid tire and a manufacturing method thereof, the damping solid tire comprises a hub and a tire main body, the tire main body is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the hub, a center hole is formed in the middle of the hub, and bolt holes distributed around the center hole are formed in the hub. Compared with the prior art, the solid tire has the advantages that the whole tire body has certain noise reduction and buffering performance, the damping performance of the whole solid tire can be further improved by arranging the damping and buffering layer, and safe use of the whole tire is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种减震实心轮胎及其制造方法,其减震实心轮胎包括轮毂和轮胎主体,所述轮胎主体安装在轮毂的外圆周表面上,所述轮毂的中部设有中心孔,所述轮毂上设有围绕中心孔分布的螺栓孔。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:整个轮胎主体具有一定的降噪缓冲性能,通过设置减震缓冲层可进一步提高整个实心轮胎的减震性能,有利于整个轮胎的安全使用。
