The invention provides a satellite residual magnetism identification method, a satellite control device and a readable storage medium, and the satellite residual magnetism identification method comprises the steps: responding to the obtained satellite state data, and reading the control data of the last control period; calculating geomagnetic field intensity according to the satellite state data; and according to the geomagnetic field intensity, the satellite state data and the control data of the previous control period, calculating the total residual magnetic moment of the satellite according to a satellite dynamics model. According to the satellite residual magnetism identification method, the satellite control device and the readable storage medium provided by the invention, the residual magnetic moment can be accurately estimated without depending on a magnetometer and an additional magnetic measurement device under the condition of fully considering the inherent residual magnetic moment of the satellite and the moment interference brought by the switching characteristics of the magnetic torquer.
