The invention relates to an intelligent visual tracking system and method for a tower crane hook. The intelligent visual tracking system comprises a camera, a display and a control center, the camera comprises a camera and a rotating frame, and the camera is rotationally connected with one end of the rotating frame; the other end of the rotating frame is fixedly connected with the end, away from the seat bin, of the tower crane large arm. The display is positioned in the seat cabin and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the seat cabin; the control center is fixedly connected with the upper side of the bottom face of the seat bin and is in signal connection with the camera, the rotating frame and the displayer, the orientation of the camera can be changed through the rotating frame, the camera is made to always face the position of the lifting hook, and therefore the lifting hook is always displayed on the displayer. An operator can observe the lifting hook through the displayer all the time, meanwhile, the distance between the camera and the operator is long, the camera and the operator observe the lifting hook at two angles, even if one angle cannot observe the lifting hook due to shielding of a building, the lifting hook can also be observed at the other angle, and danger is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种塔吊吊钩智能可视化追踪系统及方法,包括摄像机、显示器和控制中心;摄像机包括摄像头和旋转架,摄像头与旋转架的一端转动连接;旋转架的另一端与塔吊大臂远离坐仓的一端固定连接;显示器位于坐仓内,显示器与坐仓内壁固定连接;控制中心与坐仓底面上侧固定连接,控制中心分别与摄像头、旋转架和显示器信号连接,通过旋转架能够改变摄像头的朝向,使得摄像头始终朝向吊钩的位置,从而使吊钩始终显示在向显示器上,在操作的人员能够始终通过显示器观察到吊钩,同时摄像头和操作员的位置距离较远,摄像头和操作员是两角度对吊钩进行观测,即使有一个角度因为建筑物的遮挡不能观测到,通过另一个角度也能观测到,避免了危险的发生。
