The embodiment of the invention provides a voltage conversion circuit, a voltage conversion device, a voltage conversion chip and charging equipment. The voltage conversion circuit comprises a charging input interface, a charging output interface, a filtering module, a switch module and a voltage conversion module, wherein the filtering module is used for inhibiting a common-mode current signal; the switch module is used for being switched on when the voltage value of the charging input interface is not smaller than a preset voltage value and switched off when the voltage value of the charging input interface is smaller than the preset voltage value, so that the filtering module works only when the voltage value of the charging input interface is not smaller than the preset voltage value; and the voltage conversion module is used for converting an input voltage value of the charging input interface into a preset voltage value and outputting the preset voltage value through the charging output interface. In this way, common-mode current signals can be suppressed, and the working stability and safety of a circuit system are improved.
