The invention relates to a lifting appliance for integrally lifting a regasification module of an FSRU ship, the overall weight of the regasification module on the FSRU ship is 800T, four corners of the upper part of the regasification module are respectively provided with a regasification module hanger, and the lifting appliance structurally comprises a main plate (1), a body plate (2), a first connecting plate (5) and a second connecting plate (6), the two main plates (1) arranged in parallel and the two body plates (2) arranged in parallel are perpendicularly connected in a crossed mode, the two rectangular connecting grooves in the main plate connecting parts are correspondingly clamped in the two rectangular connecting grooves in the body plate connecting parts respectively, and the main plates (1) and the body plates (2) are welded and fixed into a whole through the main plate connecting parts and the body plate connecting parts. A first pin shaft penetrates through the main plate lifting hole to fix the bottom of the lifting appliance on the regasification module hanger; the invention further relates to an integral hoisting method of the FSRU ship regasification module. The rated bearing capacity of the special lifting appliance is 240 t or above, and the requirements for load, perpendicularity and stability of integral lifting of the regasification module are met.

    本发明涉及到一种用于FSRU船再气化模块整体吊装的吊具,所述FSRU船上再气化模块的整体重量为800T,在再气化模块的上部四角部位各设有一个再气化模块吊码,吊具结构上包括有主板(1)、身板(2)、第一连接板(5)和第二连接板(6),平行设置的两个主板(1)与平行设置的两个身板(2)垂直交叉连接,使主板连接部上的两个矩形连接槽分别对应卡于身板连接部上两个矩形连接槽内,主板(1)与身板(2)通过主板连接部与身板连接部焊接固定成一体;通过第一销轴穿过主板吊孔将吊具的底部固定在再气化模块吊码上;还涉及到FSRU船再气化模块整体吊装方法。本发明的专用吊具额定承载在240t以上,满足再气化模块整体吊装的载重、垂直性和稳定性需求。
