The invention discloses a toll station emergency management system, a collection system, a module and a method. According to the emergency management system, a vehicle driving-in subarea and a vehicle information collecting and processing system are arranged at the front end of a toll station, and the vehicle driving-in subarea comprises a deceleration area, a constant speed area and a buffer area; the deceleration area is used for decelerating the vehicle to normal road driving speed; the vehicle information collecting and processing system is used for carrying out information pre-collection and verification processing on the vehicle passing through the constant-speed area; the buffer area provides an emergency buffer area for the vehicle which does not pass the verification processing result; and when the verification processing result passes, the toll station does not stop the vehicle. According to the invention, the sudden problem of the toll station under the condition of non-stop toll collection can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种收费站应急管理系统、采集系统、模块及方法。本发明应急管理系统包括:在收费站前端设置车辆驶入分区区域及车辆信息采集处理系统,车辆驶入分区区域包括减速区域、匀速区域及缓冲区域;减速区域用于车辆减速为正常道路行驶速度;车辆通过车辆信息采集处理系统对通过匀速区域的车辆进行信息预采集及验证处理;缓冲区域对验证处理结果不通过的车辆提供应急缓冲区域;收费站在验证处理结果通过时,对车辆不停车通车。通过本发明可以解决收费站在不停车收费情况下的突发问题。
