The invention relates to the field of anaerobic fermentation, and provides a straw pretreatment system which is characterized by comprising a transportation part, a treatment part and a control part which are integrally arranged, the conveying part comprises a lifting machine and a conveyor, the conveyor is used for horizontally conveying straw bags to be treated, and the lifting machine is used for lifting the straw bags to the top and pushing the straw bags into the treatment part; the treatment part comprises a sealed cabin as well as a bag breaking machine, a crusher and an impurity removing machine which are sequentially arranged in the sealed cabin from top to bottom, a feed port of the bag breaking machine is connected with a discharge port of the elevator, and a soaking and stirring machine is further connected to a discharge port of the impurity removing machine; the control part is in signal connection with the conveying part and the processing part. The system not only is highly integrated and small in occupied area, but also can operate automatically, and has high straw pretreatment speed.
