The detection transportation mechanism and the transportation device designed by the invention can clamp the welding tube to keep the welding seam of the welding tube uniform and improve the roundness of the welding tube when the welding tube is transported, and meanwhile, the detection transportation mechanism can control the movement of the detector through forward and reverse rotation to ensure that the detector can detect the welding seam without detecting a gap, so that the detection efficiency is improved. And the detector is prevented from sending wrong signals. The designed external welding seam processing assembly and the designed internal welding seam processing assembly can be adjusted in the vertical direction, and flaws, caused by different pressures at the welding seam contact position, of the welding drawing pipe are avoided. The designed auxiliary machine box can cool the impedance cooling ring to prevent the temperature from being too high, and meanwhile, the designed air outlet ring can blow cold air to blow chippings out of the welding drawing pipe and cool the inner space of the welding drawing pipe at the same time.

    本发明涉及焊接技术领域,具体涉及汽车空心稳定杆用焊拔精密管生产装置及其生产方法。本发明设计的检测运输机构和运输装置可以在运输焊拔管时,夹紧焊拔管保持焊拔管的焊缝均匀、提高焊拔管的圆度,同时检测运输机构可以通过正反转控制探测器的移动,保证探测器可以检测焊缝,不会检测到缝隙,避免了探测器发出错误信号。设计的外部焊缝处理组件和内部焊缝处理组件均可以进行垂直方向的调整,避免焊缝接触位置压力不同导致焊拔管出现瑕疵。设计的辅助机箱可以对阻抗冷却环进行冷却,防止温度过高,同时设计的出风环可以吹送冷风,将碎屑吹出焊拔管的同时,对焊拔管内部空间进行冷却。
