The invention discloses a crane moment limiter hoisting load calculation method, which comprises the following steps of: controlling a main arm to move from a minimum hoisting amplitude to a maximum hoisting amplitude when a crane is in an empty hook state, a 33% rated load state and a 66% rated load state respectively, then returning from the maximum hoisting amplitude to the minimum hoisting amplitude, and recording tension data and angle data; when the crane is in a 100% rated load state, a main arm is controlled to hoist under the minimum hoisting amplitude, and tension data and angle data are recorded; four straight lines corresponding to different rated load states are generated in a two-dimensional coordinate graph based on the recorded tension data and angle data, tension data and angle data in an actual site are obtained, actual measurement points are generated in the two-dimensional coordinate graph, a fifth straight line is formed, and on the basis of the slopes of other adjacent straight lines, the actual measurement points are obtained through equal-proportion or variable-proportion interpolation operation. And the actual hoisting weight corresponding to the current main arm is obtained. Therefore, the method is simple in model, high in calculation speed and low in hardware requirement, and various calculations are omitted.

    本发明公开了一种起重机力矩限制器吊重计算方法,包括:在起重机分别处于空钩、33%额载、66%额载状态下控制主臂从最小起吊幅度移动到最大起吊幅度,再从最大起吊幅度返回至最小起吊幅度,记录拉力数据和角度数据;在起重机处于100%额载状态下,控制主臂在最小起吊幅度下进行起吊,记录拉力数据以及角度数据;基于记录的拉力数据和角度数据在二维坐标图生成对应于不同额载状态的四条直线,获取实际现场中的拉力数据和角度数据,在二维坐标图中生成实测点并形成第五直线,并基于邻近的其他直线的斜率,通过等比例或者变比例插值运算,得到对应于当前主臂的实际吊重。由此,该方法模型简单,计算速度快,对硬件要求低,省去了各种计算。
