The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber, in particular to a heat-resistant and flame-retardant seam allowance rubber composition and a tire thereof. The rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of natural rubber, 50-80 parts of butadiene rubber containing 12% of 1, 2-syndiotactic polybutadiene, 30-70 parts of carbon black, 20-50 parts of hydrated silicon dioxide, 2-6 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-6 parts of nano zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of a p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts of a ketoamine anti-aging agent, 0.5-1.0 part of an anti-reversion agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 0.5-2.5 parts of sulfur, 1.5-3.0 parts of a sulfenamide accelerator and 20-70 parts of a flame-retardant bag. The heat resistance and flame retardance of the seam allowance composition are improved by adding the flame retardant, adjusting the dosage proportion of the filler and adjusting a vulcanization system, and meanwhile, the use of the reinforcing filler is reduced by using the cis-butadiene rubber containing the 1, 2-syndiotactic polybutadiene, so that the heat generation of the seam allowance part is reduced.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种耐热、阻燃子口橡胶组合物及其轮胎。以重量份计包含,天然橡胶20‑50,含1,2‑间同立构聚丁二烯12%的顺丁橡胶50‑80,炭黑30‑70,水合二氧化硅20‑50,硅烷偶联剂2‑6,纳米氧化锌3‑6,硬脂酸1‑3,对苯二胺防老剂2‑4,酮胺防老剂1‑3,抗硫化返原剂0.5‑1.0,微晶蜡0.5‑1.5,硫磺0.5‑2.5,次磺酰胺促进剂1.5‑3.0,阻燃包20‑70。本发明通过填加阻燃剂、调整填充剂用量比例及调整硫化体系来增加子口组合物的耐热、阻燃性能,同时通过使用含1,2‑间同立构聚丁二烯的顺式丁二烯橡胶,减少补强填充剂的使用,从而降低子口部位的生热。
