The invention relates to a two-degree-of-freedom solar cell array driving mechanism. A swing shaft fixing seat is installed on a satellite surface side plate, one side serves as a motion input end to be provided with a swing driving component, the other side serves as an auxiliary support of a swing output shaft, the swing output shaft is rotationally installed on the swing shaft fixing seat, and one end of the swing output shaft is connected with the swing driving component; the rotary driving component and the rotary shaft shell are respectively mounted on the swing output shaft, the rotary driving component is positioned in the rotary shaft shell and is connected with the rotary output component through the rotary transmission component, and the rotary output component is connected with the solar cell array connecting frame; the axial center line of the rotary output component is perpendicular to the axial center line of the swing output shaft. The invention not only provides a feasible arrangement scheme of the two-degree-of-freedom solar cell array driving mechanism, but also solves the problem of large outer size envelope during spatial arrangement of two shafts through a double-shaft depth intersection form.

    本发明涉及一种双自由度太阳电池阵驱动机构,摆动轴固定座安装于卫星表面侧板上,一侧作为运动输入端安装有摆动驱动部件,另一侧为摆动输出轴的辅助支撑,摆动输出轴转动安装于摆动轴固定座上,一端与摆动驱动部件相连;旋转驱动部件及旋转轴壳体分别安装于摆动输出轴上,旋转驱动部件位于旋转轴壳体的内部,旋转驱动部件通过旋转传动部件与旋转输出部件相连,旋转输出部件与太阳电池阵连接架连接,旋转输出部件的轴向中心线与摆动输出轴的轴向中心线垂直布置。本发明不仅给出了可行的双自由度太阳电池阵驱动机构的布置方案,同时通过双轴深度相交的形式,解决了两轴在空间布置时外尺寸包络大的问题。
