The invention discloses a tension leg ocean platform for offshore photovoltaic power generation. Comprising tension legs, platform inhaul cables, transverse inhaul cables, a movable platform, platform buoyancy tanks, inclined inhaul cables, a central stand column, arc-shaped supporting pipes, connecting nodes and radial inhaul cables. And the arc-shaped stay tubes are connected with the transverse stay cables and the inclined stay cables to form a main body tension integral structure. One end of each tension leg is connected with the corresponding arc-shaped stay tube, and the other end is fixed to the seabed to consume part of residual buoyancy to form a triangular-prism-type tensioning structure. The platform buoyancy tanks are connected with the bottom transverse inhaul cables through the platform inhaul cables, and the platform buoyancy tanks and the bottom transverse inhaul cables are tightened through residual buoyancy to form a tensioning structure. The top end of the central stand column is connected with the arc-shaped supporting pipe through a radial inhaul cable. The tensioning integral structure is applied to the tension leg ocean platform, vibration of part of the main body tensioning integral structure and the movable platform is counteracted through the special tensioning structure, the platform is more stable when encountering stormy waves, and the problem that a traditional tension leg platform is prone to resonance with wave frequency is solved.
