The invention relates to a power system of a shunting locomotive, in particular to an electric transmission system of a hybrid power shunting locomotive, which adopts a hybrid power supply mode of a power battery and a diesel generating set, and the whole current transformation system consists of a traction current transformation unit, an auxiliary current transformation unit and a power storage battery charging and discharging unit. When the diesel engine supplies power, auxiliary power supply is provided for traction of the whole vehicle through a group of uncontrolled rectifiers, each inverter drives three traction motors in a frame control mode in traction inversion, and the whole system is provided with two groups of traction inverters to drive the front traction motor and the rear traction motor. The auxiliary current conversion unit takes electricity from an intermediate direct current bus, alternating current is formed through pre-stage DC-AC conversion, then bus voltage is formed through uncontrolled rectification to be supplied to a rear-end auxiliary inverter for power supply, and a rear-stage auxiliary inverter module can be designed in a simplified and modularized mode according to the auxiliary load distribution condition of the whole vehicle. The traction charger unit takes electricity from the middle direct current bus, and a three-level bidirectional BUCK/BOOST circuit and an electric reactor are used for charging a power storage battery.
本发明涉及调车机车的动力系统,具体为一种混合动力调车机车电传动系统,采用动力电池和柴油发电机组混合动力供电方式,整个变流系统由牵引变流单元、辅助变流单元、动力蓄电池充放电单元组成。柴油机供电时通过一组不控整流为整车牵引辅助供电,牵引逆变采用架控方式每个逆变驱动三台牵引电机,整个系统配备两组牵引逆变器来驱动前后牵引电机。辅助变流单元从中间直流母线取电,通过前级DC‑AC变换形成交流电,然后通过不控整流形成母线电压供后端辅助逆变器进行供电,根据整车辅助负载分配情况,可以将后级辅助逆变模块进行简统化、模块化设计。牵引充电机单元从中间直流母线取电,采用三电平双向BUCK/BOOST电路、电抗器供动力蓄电池充电。
