The device comprises a first hot air control valve, a second hot air control valve and a water pump, and the sealing contraction device comprises a sealing cover, an adsorption sticker, a rotating handle, a fixing frame and a rotating shaft. The beneficial effects are that the interior of the charging pile cabinet body can be always kept at a temperature which is convenient for the working of the AC charging pile control body in cold winter, the electrical loss of the charging pile is effectively reduced, the use cost of a user is effectively reduced, and the service life of the charging pile is effectively prolonged.
