The invention relates to an independent suspension connecting and supporting structure of a multi-shaft heavy-load hybrid power chassis. The independent suspension connecting and supporting structure comprises a double-wishbone support, a double-wishbone support supporting beam, a double-wishbone support pull rod, a rocker arm support, a rocker arm support supporting beam, a hydro-pneumatic spring support and a hydro-pneumatic spring support supporting beam. A double-cross-arm support is mounted on the inner side of each longitudinal beam, and the double-cross-arm supports are connected with the double cross arms through pin shafts; the double-wishbone support supporting beam is connected with the double-wishbone support through a bolt; the double-wishbone support pull rod is connected with the double-wishbone support through a pin shaft; a rocker arm support is mounted on the outer side of each longitudinal beam, and the rocker arm supports are connected with the rocker arms through supporting bearings; the two ends of the rocker arm support supporting beam are connected with the longitudinal beam and the rocker arm support through bolts. The outer side of each longitudinal beam is provided with a hydro-pneumatic spring support, the hydro-pneumatic spring support is connected with one end of a hydro-pneumatic spring through a pin shaft, and the other end of the hydro-pneumatic spring is connected with a rocker arm through a pin shaft; the two ends of the hydro-pneumatic spring support supporting beam are connected with the longitudinal beam and the hydro-pneumatic spring support through bolts respectively.
