The invention provides a laminated sound absorption and insulation board. The laminated sound absorption and insulation board comprises a film metamaterial board and a sound absorption material, the laminated sound absorption and insulation board is provided with at least two layers of thin film metamaterial boards; the sound absorption material is filled between the two adjacent layers of thin film metamaterial plates; the thin film metamaterial plate comprises a multifunctional frame and a thin film, the multifunctional frame is attached to the thin film, and the thin film metamaterial plate is formed by laminating different layers of flexible metamaterial plates. The film metamaterial plate comprises a film and a multifunctional frame, and reflection and transmission modes are formed in the frame; different multifunctional frames are connected through supporting pieces, sound insulation can be improved by means of the weight of all layers at the low frequency, frequency band decoupling is designed at the medium-high frequency, and the broadband sound insulation effect is guaranteed. When sound waves enter from the outer side of the back plate, sound energy is gathered between the laminated plates and is absorbed by the sound absorption material, reflection and transmission of different layers of film metamaterial plates are combined, the absorption efficiency is improved, transmission of noise outside the back plate to the inside is greatly reduced finally, and the low and medium frequency broadband sound absorption and insulation functions are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种层合吸声隔声板,包括薄膜超材料板、吸声材料;层合吸隔声板布置有至少两层薄膜超材料板;吸声材料填充于相邻的两层薄膜超材料板之间;薄膜超材料板包括多功能框架、薄膜,多功能框架与薄膜贴合,不同的多层柔性超材料板层合而成。薄膜超材料板包括薄膜和多功能框架,在框架内形成反射和透射模态;不同多功能框架之间用支撑件连接,可以在低频利用所有层的重量提高隔声,并在中高频设计频段解耦,保证宽频隔声效果;当声波由背板外侧进入时,声能聚集在层合板之间,并由吸声材料吸收,本发明通过不同层薄膜超材料板反射和透射相结合,提高吸收效率,最终大幅降低背板外部噪声对内的传播,达到中低频的宽频吸声、隔声功能。
