The high-strength tire bead steel wire comprises a steel wire body, the end face of the upper half portion of the steel wire body is in a semi-oval shape, the end face of the lower half portion of the steel wire body is in a triangular shape, a bent groove is formed in the upper side of the steel wire body, and a guide groove is formed in the lower side of the steel wire body. A plating layer is arranged on the outer side of the steel wire main body, and the outer side of the plating layer is coated with an adhesive; according to the high-strength tire bead steel wire for the nailless tire in winter and the production process of the high-strength tire bead steel wire, the section of the steel wire body is arranged to be in the shape of the semi-oval upper portion and the triangular lower portion, the side face area of the device is increased, the blocking effect of the device is improved, and therefore the anti-puncturing performance of the tire is enhanced; when an external article pierces the tire, the pierced article is guided to the side direction of the steel wire, so that the article is prevented from directly puncturing the tire, and the anti-puncturing performance of the tire is further enhanced.

    本发明涉及一种冬季无钉轮胎用高强度胎圈钢丝,包括钢丝主体,所述钢丝主体上半部分的端面呈半椭圆形,下半部分的端面呈三角形,所述钢丝主体的上侧开设有弯曲槽,所述钢丝主体的下侧开设有引导槽,所述钢丝主体的外侧设置有镀层,所述镀层的外侧涂覆有胶黏剂;本发明一种冬季无钉轮胎用高强度胎圈钢丝及其生产工艺,通过将钢丝主体的截面设置为上部呈半椭圆形,下部呈三角形,增加了装置的侧面面积,提升了装置的阻挡效果,从而加强了轮胎的防扎性能,同时通过将引导槽设置为倾斜状,可以在外界物品刺入轮胎时,将刺入物品向钢丝的侧向引导,以免物品直接扎穿轮胎,从而使轮胎的防扎性能再次得到了加强。
