A composite molding die (1) for forming a composite (A) in which a resin member (R) is integrally formed on one main surface of a metal panel (P1), the composite molding die (1) being provided with at least a fixed die (2) and a movable die (3), and being provided with a panel fixing mechanism (4), in a state in which a fixed mold (2) and a movable mold (3) are opened, an end portion of a metal panel (P1) is fixed to a mold on the resin member side of the fixed mold (2) and the movable mold (3), a movable body in a molding space for a resin member (R) is abandoned, and the generation of burrs on the resin member (R) is eliminated. A metal exposed portion (B) is formed at an end portion of the metal panel (P1) on the resin member (R) side by a panel fixing mechanism (4).
