The lifting appliance comprises a first swing arm and a second swing arm which are movably connected in a crossed mode through a bearing, and the first swing arm and the second swing arm form a shear type structure through the bearing; one end, far away from the bearing, of each of the first swing arm and the second swing arm is provided with a structure which is partially bent outwards, and the outwards bent parts are provided with lifting holes; the other ends, away from the bearing, of the first swing arm and the second swing arm are provided with lifting claws which are used for clamping columnar parts. In order to adapt to the convenience of the lifting process, the lifting appliance is provided with a first swing arm and a second swing arm shear type structure, the balance lifting function is added by arranging the lifting claws, the lifting claws grab parts, the upper portion of the lifting appliance is of an open shear structure and is open outwards, the parts are clamped through the lifting appliance and the gravity of the parts during lifting, the lifting claws are stressed in a balanced mode, and the lifting effect is good. The parts are stable and not prone to falling off during hoisting, the hoisting and installing process is more stable and safer, and the problems that a traditional hoisting belt is low in efficiency in the using process and potential safety hazards exist are solved.
