The embodiment of the invention is suitable for the technical field of ship navigation safety, and provides a ship navigation accident early warning method, device and terminal, and the method comprises the steps: collecting sensor data according to a set frequency, the sensor data being an original reading of a sensor installed on a ship; calculating real-time navigation information of the ship according to the sensor data, wherein the real-time navigation information comprises a real-time attitude angle and/or a total acceleration value of the ship in the navigation process; determining a variable quantity of the real-time attitude angle and/or the total acceleration value relative to a reference value, wherein the reference value is navigation information of the ship in a relatively static state; and carrying out early warning on the navigation accident of the ship according to the variable quantity. By the adoption of the method, early warning can be conducted on accidents possibly occurring in the ship navigation process, and the ship navigation safety is improved.
