The lower end of the first frame body wraps the junction of the rear cross beam and the corresponding longitudinal beam in the front-back direction, the second frame body is located on the inner side of the first frame body, and the lower end of the second frame body wraps the junction of the top face and the outer side face of the rear cross beam in the front-back direction. The part, located on the rear cross beam, of the inner side face of the first frame body is a first limiting face used for limiting a lining of an engine rear suspension, and the side face, opposite to the first limiting face, of the second frame body is a second limiting face matched with the first limiting face. The engine rear suspension support is high in structural rigidity and strength, stable installation of an engine rear suspension can be achieved, and the engine rear suspension can be prevented from shaking left and right in the vehicle running process.
本发明涉及一种用于电车副车架的发动机后悬置支架,分别设置在电车副车架后端的左右两侧,包括沿长度方向间隔设置在电车副车架的后横梁的顶部的第一架体和第二架体,各架体均竖向设置,第一架体的下端沿前后方向包裹在后横梁与对应纵梁的交界处,而第二架体位于第一架体的内侧,且第二架体的下端沿前后方向包裹在后横梁的顶面和外侧面的交界处,第一架体的内侧面位于后横梁处的部分为用于对发动机后悬置的衬套进行限位的第一限位面,而第二架体与第一限位面相对的侧面为与第一限位面配合的第二限位面。本发明中的发动机后悬置支架结构刚性、强度高,能实现对发动机后悬置的稳固安装,并且能避免发动机后悬置上在车辆行驶过程中左右晃动。
