The vehicle comprises a frame and a cab, a cab is arranged at the front end of the frame, an upwards-protruding pantograph is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the frame, and a pair of front wheels and a pair of rear wheels are arranged at the bottom of the frame. Two variable-frequency and variable-speed traction motors are installed on the frame, the power output end of the pantograph is connected to the power input ends of the two variable-frequency and variable-speed traction motors respectively, and the output end of each variable-frequency and variable-speed traction motor is connected to the input end of the corresponding front reduction gearbox and the input end of the corresponding rear reduction gearbox respectively. Output shafts on the two sides of the front reduction gearbox are connected with the front wheels on the corresponding sides respectively, and output shafts on the two sides of the rear reduction gearbox are connected with the rear wheels on the corresponding sides respectively. A pneumatic brake device is arranged between the front wheel and the rear wheel which are located on the same side, brake pads are arranged at the two piston ends of the pneumatic brake device respectively, and the brake pads are arranged towards the peripheries of the corresponding wheels.
