The invention discloses an automatic control cooling brake system which comprises an oil tank, an oil pump, a brake valve and a brake, a cooling oil duct is arranged in a shell of the brake, an output port of the oil pump is connected with an inlet of the cooling oil duct through a radiator, and an outlet of the cooling oil duct is communicated with the oil tank. When the brake is in a low-temperature state, the overload protection valve is switched on, oil output by the oil pump directly flows back to the oil tank through the overload protection valve, and when the brake is in a high-temperature state, the overload protection valve is switched off. Oil output by the oil pump enters the cooling oil duct through the radiator. The braking function and the cooling function are integrated in the same system, the structure is simplified, the cost is reduced, the switching between the high-temperature cooling function and the low-temperature unloading function is achieved, hydraulic feedback signals are adopted for all control, application of sensors is reduced, fault points are reduced, and the reliability of system operation is guaranteed.
本发明公开一种自动控制冷却制动系统,包括油箱、油泵、制动阀和制动器,制动器的外壳内设置有冷却油道,油泵的输出口通过散热器连接冷却油道的进口,冷却油道的出口连通油箱,还包括过载保护阀,过载保护阀的进油口连通散热器和油泵之间的油路,过载保护阀的出油口连通油箱,制动器处于低温状态时,过载保护阀导通,油泵输出的油液经过过载保护阀直接流回油箱,制动器处于高温状态时,过载保护阀关闭,油泵输出的油液经过散热器进入冷却油道。将制动功能和冷却功能集成于同一系统内,简化结构降低成本,实现高温冷却和低温卸荷功能的切换,由于全部控制都采用液压反馈信号,减少了传感器的应用,减少了故障点,保证系统运行的可靠性。
