The two glass fiber composite layers and the thinned metal anti-collision plate are subjected to compression molding to form the integrated anti-collision reinforcing structure, and the structural strength and rigidity of the automobile door are effectively improved on the basis of meeting the requirement for light weight. The glass fiber composite layer is arranged at a reasonable angle, so that the mechanical property can be further enhanced, the strength, the modulus and the anti-fatigue performance are improved at the same time, and through actual verification, the adhesion performance of the glass fiber composite layer and the metal anti-collision plate can be better improved through the angle arrangement, and the separation phenomenon is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种轻量化车门,包括外板和内板,所述内板与外板之间设有骨架,所述外板包括第一玻纤复合层、金属防撞板和第二玻纤复合层,所述第一玻纤复合层、金属防撞板和第二玻纤复合层通过模压成型工艺成型为一体防撞增强结构。本发明通过采用两层玻纤复合层与厚度减薄的金属防撞板模压成型为一体防撞增强结构,在满足轻量化需求的基础上,有效提高车门的结构强度和刚度。玻纤复合层采用合理的角度设置,能够进一步增强力学性能,同时提高强度、模量和抗疲劳性能,通过实际验证,此种角度设置,还能够更好的增加其与金属防撞板的附着性能,避免出现分离现象。
