The invention provides a solar absorptivity adjustable thermal control coating preparation method and system and a heat insulation assembly, and the method comprises the steps: adopting coatings with different solar absorptivity at the outer side of a structural heat dissipation area or a multi-layer heat insulation assembly mask to be alternately and uniformly arranged according to an area proportion; geometric parameters of coating interval distribution are set according to the heat dissipation area shape, heat source distribution and heat dissipation area uniform temperature performance. Stepless adjustment of the solar absorptivity of the heat dissipation surface and the surface of the multi-layer heat insulation assembly can be achieved, and the degree of freedom of thermal control design is greatly expanded through the coating or the multi-layer heat insulation assembly mask prepared through the method; and thermal compensation resources can be saved while thermal control fine design is realized. In an application occasion with passive thermal control as a main mode, the temperature of a temperature control object can be directly adjusted to be close to a target temperature.

    本发明提供了一种太阳吸收比可调型热控涂层制备方法、系统及隔热组件,包括:在结构散热区域或多层隔热组件面膜外侧采用不同太阳吸收比的涂层按面积比例交替均匀布置,根据散热区域形状、热源分布以及散热区域均温性能设置涂层间隔分布的几何参数。本发明可实现对散热面及多层隔热组件表面太阳吸收比进行无级调节,该方法制备的涂层或多层隔热组件面膜大大拓展了热控设计的自由度;在实现热控精细设计的同时还可节省热补偿资源。在被动热控为主的应用场合,可以将控温对象温度直接调节至目标温度附近。
