The invention belongs to the technical field of satellite communication, and particularly relates to a satellite communication and mobile communication fusion system and a vehicle, and the system comprises a satellite communication link, a mobile communication link, an Ethernet output port and a control assembly. The satellite communication link comprises a satellite antenna transmitting port and a satellite adjusting demodulator which are connected in sequence; the mobile communication link comprises a mobile communication antenna port and a mobile communication component which are connected with each other; the Ethernet output port is respectively connected with the satellite adjustment demodulator and the mobile communication component, and the Ethernet output port is used for realizing network communication with a terminal; the control assembly is connected with the satellite adjusting demodulator and the mobile communication assembly and used for controlling on-off of the satellite adjusting demodulator and/or the mobile communication assembly.
