A conductor unit according to one embodiment of the present invention is a conductor unit used to be mounted in an inverter device. The conductor unit supplies power from a low-voltage battery outside the inverter device to an inverter control circuit board inside the inverter device. The conductor unit has a central electric wire, a shield member covering the periphery of the central electric wire in at least a part of the longitudinal direction of the central electric wire, and a cover member covering the periphery of the central electric wire in the longitudinal direction of the central electric wire. The cover member covers the periphery of the shield member in at least a portion of the longitudinal direction of the shield member, and the shield member not covered by the cover member is disposed so as to be in contact with the housing.
