A rack meshed with the gear is slidably connected into the driving groove, a supporting arm is fixedly connected to the upper end of the rack through a connecting assembly, a tray is fixedly connected to the upper end of the supporting arm, and a plurality of rubber pads are embedded in the tray. By arranging the buffer cylinder, the upper plug, the lower plug, the sliding block, the damping spring and other components, when the lifting mechanism normally and slowly lifts, acting force cannot be generated on the damping spring, and when the lifting mechanism is subjected to instant sudden impact, impact force can directly act on the damping spring and is greatly buffered, so that impact damage to a gear and a rack is greatly reduced, and the service life of the gear and the rack is prolonged. Therefore, the service life of the gear rack lifting mechanism can be prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种齿轮齿条升降机构,包括升降座,所述升降座的侧壁开设有驱动槽,所述升降座的侧壁固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动槽内转动连接有齿轮,且所述驱动电机的输出轴与齿轮固定连接,所述驱动槽内滑动连接有与齿轮啮合的齿条,所述齿条的上端通过连接组件固定连接有支撑臂,所述支撑臂的上端固定连接有托盘,所述托盘上嵌设多个橡胶垫。本发明通过设置缓冲筒、上塞、下塞、滑块及减震弹簧等部件,可在升降机构正常缓慢升降时,不会对减震弹簧产生作用力,而在受到瞬间的猛然冲击时,冲击力可直接作用于减震弹簧上,并被大幅度缓冲,如此大大减轻对齿轮齿条的冲击损害,从而可延长齿轮齿条升降机构的使用寿命。
