The invention provides an all-plastic closed instrument panel cross beam and a manufacturing method thereof, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, making plastic particles into a molten state, and injecting the molten plastic particles into an injection mold under high pressure; and S2, the injection mold begins to maintain pressure, the plastic making contact with the surface of the injection mold begins to be cooled and formed, meanwhile, high-pressure liquid is injected into the injection mold, the plastic which does not make contact with the surface of the injection mold and is in a molten state is washed away within preset time, and a hollow, closed and equal-wall main beam and a mounting structure located on the main beam are formed. The main beam is of the closed hollow structure through injection molding, the strength of the instrument board beam can be guaranteed, and the weight of the instrument board beam can be reduced.
本发明提供一种全塑封闭式仪表板横梁及其制造方法,其中的制造方法包括如下步骤:S1、将塑料颗粒制成熔融状态,并高压注入到注塑模具中;S2、注塑模具开始保压,与注塑模具表面接触的塑料开始冷却成型,与此同时向注塑模具内注入高压液体,在预设时间内将未与注塑模具表面接触的处于熔融状态的塑料冲走,形成空心封闭且等壁后的主梁和位于主梁上的安装结构。本发明将主梁注塑成型为封闭的空心结构,既能保证仪表板横梁的强度,又能减轻仪表板横梁的重量。
