The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle battery replacement, and discloses a vehicle battery replacement platform which comprises a parking platform, a front wheel centering mechanism and a rear wheel centering mechanism, a first notch and a second notch are formed in the parking platform, and the front wheel centering mechanism can move relative to the parking platform in the front-back direction of a vehicle and is exposed through the first notch; a front wheel of the vehicle can be clamped in the front wheel centering mechanism, and the rear wheel centering mechanism is exposed through the second notch and used for parking a rear wheel of the vehicle. When the vehicle battery box locking device is not aligned with a battery replacing device on the parking platform in the front-back direction, the front wheel centering mechanism is driven to move relative to the parking platform in the front-back direction of the vehicle so as to drive the vehicle to move in the front-back direction till the locking device is aligned with the battery replacing device in the front-back direction, and in the process, the front wheel centering mechanism is driven to move relative to the parking platform in the front-back direction; rear wheels of the vehicle are always located on the rear wheel centering mechanism. The battery replacing platform can adapt to vehicles with different wheelbases, and the vehicles with the different wheelbases share the same battery replacing platform.
