The invention provides a new energy automobile charging device based on upper and lower intelligent garages. The new energy automobile charging device comprises an upper-layer mounting frame and a lower-layer mounting frame; an upper-layer charging pile is movably mounted on the upper-layer mounting frame, and an upper-layer longitudinal driving mechanism used for driving the upper-layer charging pile to move up and down in the vertical direction and an upper-layer transverse driving mechanism used for driving the upper-layer charging pile to move in the horizontal direction are further mounted on the upper-layer mounting frame; the lower-layer mounting frame is located below the upper-layer mounting frame and connected with the upper-layer mounting frame, a lower-layer charging pile is movably mounted on the lower-layer mounting frame, and the vertical plane where the lower-layer charging pile is located is parallel to the vertical plane where the upper-layer charging pile is located; and a lower-layer longitudinal driving mechanism for driving the lower-layer charging pile to move up and down in the vertical direction and a lower-layer transverse driving mechanism for driving the lower-layer charging pile to move in the horizontal direction are further mounted on the lower-layer mounting frame. According to the invention, the vehicle can be continuously charged in a static process of parking a plurality of vehicles or a moving process of picking up the vehicles.

    本发明提出了一种基于上下位智能车库的新能源汽车收费充电装置,包括上层安装架、下层安装架;上层安装架上可移动安装有上层充电桩,上层安装架上还安装有用于驱动上层充电桩在竖直方向上下移动的上层纵向驱动机构以及用于驱动上层充电桩在水平方向移动的上层横向驱动机构;下层安装架位于上层安装架下方并与上层安装架连接,下层安装架上可移动安装有下层充电桩,下层充电桩所在竖直面与上层充电桩所在竖直面平行,下层安装架上还安装有用于驱动下层充电桩在竖直方向上下移动的下层纵向驱动机构以及用于驱动下层充电桩在水平方向移动的下层横向驱动机构。本发明能够在多部车辆停泊的静止过程或提取车辆的移动过程中能持续对车辆进行充电。
